Stat Sync, in cooperation with Miles & More, the frequent flyer programme of the Lufthansa Group, lets eligible travellers who hold status with a participating airline programme match to an equivalent Miles & More status. Eligible members can apply from this site.

No. Status matching is free, unless a fee is clearly stated before you apply.

The status will be valid until the end of February 2027. If your application is approved, you will receive the corresponding frequent flyer status in the Miles & More programme within 10 business days from approval.

The offer is available for a limited time only and may end at any time at the discretion of Miles & More or Stat Sync.

Only members who hold an eligible status with a programme shown on the offer can apply. If your airline is not listed, this offer does not apply to you.

Your Miles & More service card number, your membership number with the eligible airline programme, and a valid email address. During the application we will also ask for proof of your status — for example via screen share, Apple Wallet pass, or a document upload. If you are not yet a Miles & More member, register here.

After you submit, we verify your information — often within minutes for screen share, or within about a day for uploads. Once approved, Miles & More usually needs a few business days to upgrade your account. You will then receive an email from Miles & More at the address on your Miles & More account. Please download the Miles & More app to access your digital service card, which will show your status. For more information, see the Terms.

If your status match is approved, your Frequent Traveller or Senator status will be valid until 28.2.2027. This does not apply to HON Circle members. Please note that as a Senator you will not receive eVouchers from a status match.

Only what you type into the form, your proof of status, and a small amount of technical data that helps us spot fraud. That is enough to confirm your tier and send a checked application to Miles & More. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

You share one browser tab, never your whole screen and never other apps. From that tab we read exactly three things: your name, your membership number and your tier, and compare them to your application. Sharing stops on its own once all three match, and you can stop it yourself in the browser at any time. Your password and everything else on your screen stay private.

Most applications go through automatic checks, which is why verification is so fast. If something does not line up, a person on our team reviews your proof before anything moves on. We keep verification data only as long as it takes to process your application, then delete it. Your data is handled in the EU under GDPR, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

A status match is usually a one-time offer per programme. So it is worth matching when your tier is at its best. Check the conditions of your offer before you apply.

You will be notified by email. You can check your application status anytime via the private tracking link we send you after you apply.

Your proof shows you can sign in to your real airline account and that your live tier matches your application. We never store your password and we never see your whole desktop. Fake cards and edited screenshots are easy to make these days, so verifying at the source keeps benefits with the travellers who earned them. Honest applications move ahead, unusual patterns get a closer look.
